NJR Recruitment are working with an Independent Financial Advice firm based in Stockport who are looking for a IFA Administrator to join their team. This position will be office based, however there is some home working available should that be of interest. The successful candidate will work alongside the employees in the business to deliver financial planning advice and most importantly an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

" Efficiently process all areas of customer service and administration relating to new/existing business and servicing queries

" Placing investment instructions and implementing advice

" Liaising with providers to request information as necessary

" Producing valuations and preparing client review packs

" Respond to written and telephone enquiries from clients and providers

" Diary management: organising appointments for the adviser and the client

" Maintain client records within the back-office system in an orderly and comprehensive manner

" Ensuring all required documentation is on file at all times

" Ensuring all meeting follow-up work is completed within agreed timescales

Skills

" Excellent verbal and written communication skills

" A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

" Ability to work well in a team and deliver a high standard of client service

" Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills

" Ability to prioritise and organise own workload

" High attention to detail and accuracy

The successful candidate will have at least one year's financial services experience which will have been gained working either for an IFA Practice or a product Provider.
