Storesperson / Despatch Operative - Join a Leading Manufacturer!
📍 Location: Cannock
💰 Salary: £12.21 - £14.91 per hour + Overtime Opportunities Available
🕒 Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (Saturday mornings during peak periods)

Hariley Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer in the window and door industry. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Stores Person/Despatch Operative to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

Organise, monitor, and record stock levels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of low or missing items.

Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently, ensuring materials are stored correctly.

*

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for despatch according to schedules and quality standards.

*

Operate a counterbalance forklift truck (valid licence required) for moving stock and completed products.

*

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised stores area, following company health and safety procedures.

*

Operate effectively within a team-driven environment

*

Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily tasks

The Ideal Candidate

✔ Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Good organisation and time management skills
✔ Physically fit and able to cope with manual handling and heavy lifting
✔ Counterbalance Forklift licence - essential for this role
