The Position - Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor who has at least one year's experience working in a school. The Behaviour Mentor will be supporting pupils with their behaviour, emotional well-being and personal development. The Behaviour Mentor will be working closely with Teacher's, parents and support staff to develop strategies to support children with challenging behaviour in the best way. The Behaviour Mentor will act as a positive role model, promoting a safe, respectful school environment. They assist in conflict resolution, monitor progress and implement individual educational plans.
