· Shift Time: 06:00 - 14:00

· Shift Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

· Days Off: Sunday and Wednesday

The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of Waitrose & Partners at their Regional Distribution Centre in Maidstone. We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Pickers for temp-to-perm positions with consistent morning shifts and excellent staff benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately pick and pack orders using a voice-pick system

· Work in a chilled environment (0°C to 3°C)

· Load picked items into cages and prepare for dispatch

· Follow site health and safety procedures
