Accounts SeniorLocation: Newton AbbotSalary: £26,500 – £35,000 DOE 

The Opportunity:A leading and expanding accountancy practice is seeking an Accounts Senior to join its Newton Abbot office. This is a varied role, working with a diverse portfolio of clients, preparing accounts, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns. The firm is growing quickly, offering excellent prospects for progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of year-end accounts to final review stage

• Preparation and submission of corporation and personal tax returns

• Managing and developing your own client portfolio

• Acting as first point of contact for client queries

• Supporting the Senior Manager and assisting with onboarding new clients

What We’re Looking For:

• AAT Level 4 qualified with at least 1 year post-qualification experience and ideally 4+ years in practice

• ACA/ACCA part-qualified or qualified (desirable but not essential)

• Strong practice experience and ability to hit the ground running

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
