Construction Project Administrator/Assistant/Accounting
Project Assistant : Assist Project Manager and Estimator with Each Project.
Tasks may include PO follow-up, Bid Follow-up, Order Tracking, Job Meetings, Job Process Organization
Administrator: Speak with Customers, Vendors, Schedule estimator
Accounting: Perform job set-up in binders and software. Update as job progresses, Prepare Monthly project billings (Quickbooks invoices and AIA Forms), waivers.... and payments on Projects, Track Job Costs.
GMAIL, Word, Excel, Drive, Sheets.....
Demonstrates effective time management
Great attention to detail with the maturity to handle confidential information
Possess strong initiative and independent judgment
Excellent Attendance. This is a full time position, that is needed 5 days a week.
Experience with AIA Billing Format and Waivers
At least 6 months experience with a Construction Industry Company
We are a glass service company. This position is in our commercial division (storefronts, curtain wall, glass enclosures, canopy...) This position works closely with office and field employees, as well as our clients. This is a full time permanent position. Excellent attendance is required. Pay is Based on Experience. 30 and 90 day Review.
Monday - Friday 9:00am-5pm Flexible Start Time (35-40 hours weekly)
