Purity Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our growing finance team at our brewery in Alcester, Warwickshire.

Founded in 2005 on a working farm in the Warwickshire countryside, Purity Brewing produces a portfolio of award-winning craft beers distributed across the UK. As part of an expanding drinks group, we are investing in people, systems, and processes to support long-term sustainable growth.

This is a senior, hands-on finance role responsible for leading the monthly management accounts process, financial reporting, and providing commercial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making in a fast-moving FMCG manufacturing environment.

• Prepare and own the monthly management accounts process.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments, and journal postings.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyse costs, margins, and KPIs to support commercial decision-making.
• Manage stock accounting and margin analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Support year-end accounts preparation and audit processes.
• Provide financial reporting and insights to operational and senior management teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.

We are looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant with experience in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Experience preparing management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Highly Desirable

• Experience in FMCG, brewing, beverages, or manufacturing finance
• Experience with stock accounting and margin analysis
