M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently working with a prestigious client who are looking for a Senior Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join a £15 million project working alongside a national main contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high value Lab research project.

Remuneration:

£65 000 - £75 000 per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits

Location:

Site Based 3 days - Teesside
Home/Office based 2 days - Washington
Please note: Subsistence paid if lodging away

The role:

The successful applicants will have experience within Mechanical and Electrical Projects and JCT or NEC contracts

Requirements:

- Experienced Senior Quantity surveyor
- Mechanical and Electrical background
- NEC or JCT Contracts
- Enthusiastic approach to their work
