I am currently working on an interim Senior GP/Estates Surveyor role with a Local Authority in the Northeast for an initial 6 month period with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities:

* Manage valuations, disposals, leases, and negotiations.

* Support junior team members.

* Prepare reports and represent the organisation at meetings and consultations.

* This will involve a variety of caseload mainly in the likes of offices, service accommodation, libraries, depots etc.

* Support and deliver the Corporate Asset Management Plan.

Requirements:

* RICS‑qualified (preferable)

* Ability to manage complex caseloads and work across varied environments.

This role is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in the office
