The Quantity Surveyor Role
As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll work within a well-established team of QSs and Employer's Agents, managing projects from inception to completion. The role focuses primarily on Residential developments, including:

Private housing, mixed-use schemes, care homes, and apartment blocks
Projects typically valued between £10m - £15m (ranging from £250k up to £200m)
Contracts involving JCT and Design & BuildYou'll benefit from a top-tier APC support programme, run by in-house assessors based in the London office - perfect for those on the path to MRICS.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have:

A RICS-accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Residential sector experience.
Employer's Agent experience (preferred but not essential).
Pre- and post-contract knowledge.
Quantity Surveying experience in a UK PQS firm / consultancy is a MUST.What's in It for You?
