As the ESG & Innovation Technical Content Manager, you'll get the opportunity to:

You will curate the current ESG performance metrics and communicate them to internal and external stakeholders, including our people, clients, investors, and lenders
You will have Co-Responsibility for all external ESG rating disclosure including; PAI, Sustainalytics, Moodys, working with the Carbon & Climate Change Manager
Overall curation of the external ESG rating supporting evidence locker and in year, and year on year progress reporting
Providing direct support to refinancing process
Design & implement external facing 'investor pages' on MGS website
Publish a quarterly dashboard on which of the 55+ ESG indices are being developed, static, new
Working with subject matter experts prepare to successfully complete external scrutiny / audit & verification anticipated for multiple index areas  
Covering information sources and internal subject matter experts, Carbon, HR, Cyber Security etc.
You will work closely with the with the Director of Business Improvement, and the MarComms Communication Manager on the cataloguing and promotion of best practices and innovation
Mergers & Acquisitions: Review, collate and integrate acquired business's ESG index evidenceWhat you'll bring?

Previous experience in a business development or bid management role, with a passion for ESG! 
Multidisciplinary team leadership & co-ordination skills
Awareness of and experience in ISO standards, CSRD, TCFD, General ESG Reporting, SASB, UNGC, B-Corp, Social Value TOMS would be a perk
Essential infrastructure or construction background preferred but not essential
Experience in data room / intranet curation
Bachelor / Masters degree in Engineering, Environmental or Social Science welcome but not essential
