My client, a leading manufacturer of composite components with clients in F1, Defence, Motorsport, Aerospace, requires an experienced composite tooling design engineer for a contract role outside IR35.

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop composite moulds and tooling.

* Drive projects from initial concept to final design release.

* Contribute to design reviews and advocate continuous improvement.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, weight, and manufacturability targets.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Catia.

* Deep knowledge of composite materials and tooling considerations.

* Demonstrated ability to manage the full design lifecycle.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
