Summary:Are you an organised individual with a knack for delivering exceptional administrative support? We're seeking a dedicated Business Support Officer to join our team in Ilford on a temporary contract basis.

Role Overview:As a Business Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in the effective delivery of administrative services. Your responsibilities will include responding to routine inquiries, preparing correspondence for the department, taking minutes for conferences, and arranging meetings for team members. This full-time office position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective administrative support for the department.
  • Respond to routine enquiries and prepare necessary correspondence.
  • Take accurate minutes during conferences and meetings.
  • organise and arrange meetings for team members, ensuring all logistics are handled.
  • Input data accurately and efficiently into relevant systems.
  • Monitor the inbox and respond to enquiries on behalf of the team.
  • Collate and organise information as needed to support departmental needs.
  • Liaise with other departments.

Contract Details:

  • Contract Type: Temporary - 3 months with the view of extension
  • Start Date: August 2025
  • Hourly Rate: £14.84 per hour, paid weekly
  • Working Pattern: Full Time - office based Ilford
  • Driving Required: No
  • Minute taking desirable but not essential.

Location:This role is based in Ilford, conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Ilford train station, making it easily accessible for local and commuting applicants.
