We're recruiting for a CNC Miller / CNC Programmer / CNC Operator to join a well-established, reputable manufacturing business based in Leatherhead.

The Role - CNC Miller / Programmer

* Program, set and run 3 to 5 axis CNC milling machines

* Approve programs using Cimco

* Support R&D with prototyping and development work

* Drive Continuous Improvement across production processes

* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

* Ensure precision, accuracy and quality of all components

Key Skills & Experience

* Proven experience working as a CNC Miller, ideally with Fanuc controls

* Experience with Cimco and/or Alphacam is beneficial but not essential

* Able to work to tight tolerances and maintain high quality standards

* Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines

* Confident working both independently and as part of a team

Pay & Benefits

* £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

* 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays

* Mon-Friday 8-4pm

* Up to 12% pension (6% employer matched)
