Hours: #removed# per month (rolling rota, evenings, weekends & sleep-ins)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm opportunity

Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives?
We're looking for dedicated Support Workers to join a committed team, guiding and empowering young people aged 16-25 as they transition into adulthood.

What You'll Do:

Build trusted, supportive relationships with young people.

Teach and encourage life skills - from budgeting to cooking.

*

Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being.

*

Support access to education, training, and employment.

*

Maintain high standards in line with Ofsted requirements.

*

Keep clear, accurate records and champion young people's voices.

About You:

*

Experience supporting young people (supported accommodation experience desirable).

*

Strong communication, patience, and resilience - especially in challenging situations.

*

Safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to professional conduct.

*

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins.

*

Willingness to work towards QCF Level 3 (desirable if already achieved).
