Salary: £44500 - £47500/annum + registered manager training

GBR Recruitment are working in partnership with a fantastic residential care service provider that supports adults with learning disabilities through residential care, day services, and a close-knit community.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Registered Manager / Registered Manager designate, or a Senior Care worker seeking to move up into a RM role (the client will offer the training, support and mentoring).

This role is a key part of our clients care leadership team and offers a supported transition into the Registered Manager position. You will work closely with the care senior team to lead and develop high-quality residential care services, contribute to service improvement (CI) and uphold our clients Christian ethos at the heart of all they do.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care within a residential care and day care facility

* Ensure full compliance with CQC and best practice standards

* Support care staff development and care staff performance

* Ensure personal care and medication plans are in place for each resident / care facility user

* Champion safeguarding, H&S and quality assurance

* Promote Christian values in daily practice

Requirements:

* Experience as a Deputy Registered Manager, Registered Manager Designate, or seconded RM Or you maybe a Care Home Manager, Home Manager, Registered Manager, or Care Manager, Deputy Manager (RN), Deputy Home Manager - Registered Nurse, Deputy Unit Manager, Senior Care Worker, ideally within Learning Difficulties / Residential Care / Supported Living Care settings or other Care facilities working with children & young adults.

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)

* You must be eligible for CQC registration, with a relevant background in Care and meeting the 5 key points.

* Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance experience, plus strong knowledge of CQC requirements.

* Ideally for this role, you will be a Practising Christian (Genuine Occupational Requirement)

This role is commutable from Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Corby, Bourne, Newark, Grantham, Stamford, Loughborough, Peterborough & parts of Nottingham
