About the Role

Zachary Daniels are currently seeking a highly capable and results-driven Logistics Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact, time-sensitive operational projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across business units and external partners, you'll play a key role in driving change and delivering measurable value.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and is confident managing projects from initiation through to successful completion.

The project will involve warehouse consolidation with a potential new site opening.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.Logistics Optimization:

Analyze logistics operations and propose improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.
Collaborate with 3PL providers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders.Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Facilitate communication among internal departments (procurement, warehouse, finance, etc.).
Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.Risk & Compliance:

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards/reports.
Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in delivering operational projects within complex, matrixed environments.

A background in change management or transformation initiatives.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.

An operational or business process background is advantageous.
