The RoleWe’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant or Junior Quantity Surveyor to their growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for construction and a desire to develop their career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Support the management of subcontractor packages and procurement
• Monitor project costs and variations
• Help with valuations, progress claims, and final accounts
• Liaise with site teams to ensure accurate cost reporting
• Contribute to project meetings and commercial reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or working towards one)
• Some experience in groundworks or civil engineering is highly desirable
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
