The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will inspire students to achieve their full potential and foster a love of mathematics through innovative and engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated maths lessons that cater to the needs of all students

Plan schemes of work in line with national curriculum and exam board requirements

*

Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback

*

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a focused learning environment

*

Contribute to the development of the maths department

*

Participate in staff meetings, training, and extracurricular activities

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

*

A degree in Mathematics or a related subject

*

Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting

*

Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with GCSE (and A-Level, if applicable) curriculum

*

Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

*

A commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of students
