Salary: Up to £55,000, dependent on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexibility considered)

• Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish

• Handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors in a timely, professional manner

• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements

• Supporting junior team members when needed

• At least 3 years' experience running residential conveyancing files independently

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• A warm, approachable manner with a real focus on client care

• Comfortable using modern case management systems and technology
