Our client is a highly successful vehicle repair centre in Rochdale who are accredited to BS 10125. On their behalf we are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator (VDA) to join their expanding operations

Key responsibilities include;

* Inspecting damage on vehicles to assess what work would be required,

* Creating accurate repair assessments in line with current repair methodology,

* Provide time scales and costings for any work completed.

* Providing Estimates for repair ensuring they are fair and cost effective

* Inputting workflow

* liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner.

* Reviewing work progress and identifying issues.

Skills & Experience required

* Current City and Guilds or IMI VDA Certificate

* Experience in using Audatex

* Ideally experience with GT Motive

* Experience of working on cars and light commercial vehicles

* A good communicator with an awareness of customer service ethics and expectation

Working hours are 42.5 per week Monday to Friday.
