As Mechanical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering new HOV programme milestones on time and within budget
Ensuring engineering adherence to internal processes and aerospace regulations
Supporting operational excellence and feeding product improvement ideas into the design team
Designing components and preparing mechanical drawings and 3D models
Investigating and resolving build issues during production
As Mechanical Design Engineer, your experience will include:

Experience in manufacturing and design processes, ideally within aerospace
Working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD systems and MS Office
Understanding of composite and metallic materials and their manufacturing processes
Strong communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
A background in apprenticeship schemes or equivalent vocational training
Previous contributions to programme completions and use of PLM systems
