VIP Account Manager - Turkish Speaking

£28,000-£30,000

Rota basis including weekends - hybrid working

My client, a leading online gaming and sports betting company based in the City are looking for a Fluent Turkish Account Manager to work with their top clients. This role requires communication in Turkish via online chat, telephone and email so fluent Turkish and excellent customer service skills are essential.

The Role

•   Build trust and strong relationships with VIP customers.
•   Monitor VIP customer behaviours, interests, and that customer expectations are met.
•   Maintain regular contact with customers (phone, email, messengers).
•   Engage with VIP customers including the chat room on-site, email and phone.
•   Identify, optimise, and develop VIP retention programs.
•   Work alongside the internal and external teams to ensure operational efficiency.
•   Be flexible to internal structure changes.
•   Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues.

The Person

•   Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (both oral & written).
•   Basic knowledge of Online Gaming Industry.
•   Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
•   Excellent telephone manner.
•   Confident with Microsoft office products including Word, Power Point and Excel.
•   Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
•   Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all departments.
