Accounts Assistant

Duties:

  • Process purchase invoices against purchase orders and proof of deliveries.
  • Complete bank reconciliations and manage financial filing systems.
  • Maintaining data using accounting software and produce finance/ management reports from the system
  • Processing bank payments and receipts.
  • Bank/credit card reconciliations
  • Manage monthly journal entries and post them to the general ledger.
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation and audit processes.
  • Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
  • Excellent organising abilities & attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
