Clinical Deputy Home ManagerLocation: Westgate-on-SeaHome Size: 70-bedded – Brand New Care HomeSalary: Up to £50,000 per annumContract: Full-Time | PermanentWe are delighted to be supporting a respected and expanding care provider in the recruitment of a Clinical Deputy Home Manager for their brand new 70-bedded nursing home in Westgate-on-Sea.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the early development of a new service, shaping the clinical standards and leading a dedicated team from the very start.Role Overview:

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
• Lead the clinical team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
• Mentor, supervise, and support nursing and care staff
• Participate in care planning, audits, and resident reviews
• Act as a positive role model for clinical excellence

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) – essential
• Previous experience in a senior nurse or deputy manager role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment
• Knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance
