Guest Experience Specialist

Compensation: Non-Commission sales, low end of $36k to high end of $120k a year plus bonuses!

Guest Experience Specialist Expectations:

• Provide a Hall of Fame experience for our valued guests from first contact to the delivery of their new vehicle.

• Utilizing our online and systemized customer relation management platform to ensure that all our guest’s needs are met.

• Build and Maintain strong relationships with our guests by utilizing proven methods of communication strategies and customer service advocacy.

• Identify guest’s wants and needs with active listening and utilizing strategic questions to help direct your guests to a vehicle that best fits their lifestyle.

• Participate in continuing education on new products through our training services and guided mentorship so that you have a brilliant understanding of the changing automotive industry, product features, and how they benefit our guests.

• Consistently developing excellent customer service skills through our extensive in-house training, available mentor ship, and online resources.

• Become a Guest Experience NINJA by utilizing phone calls, text messaging and emails to guide guests into solid appointments. Effectively guide the guest through the “play” to the product purchase with our trained and mentored system: identify analysis, demonstration drive, trade appraisal, and offer presentation.
