Are you a legal professional who has worked with commercial clients? Do you have experience in Contract Law and Dispute Resolution? Are you looking to play an integral role within a global leading business, with a clear defined route to progress to Commercial Contracts Manager?

With a Degree in Law or similar, you will review contracts, resolve disputes, manage financial risk and support the on-going commercial awareness of Managers and Stakeholders, across 12 well established Business Units for a market leading business.

This position would suit a legal professional who has a good grasp of Contract Law and Dispute Resolution, who is looking for a clear scope to progress into a senior / advisory management role, playing an integral role in the future success of a well established engineering firm.

DUTIES
* Reviewing contracts, resolve disputes, manage financial risk and seek ways to maximise value
* Identify skill gaps and source external training to improve commercial awareness within the senior management team
* Clear scope to progress to Commercial Contracts Manager
* Office based role, with some occasional travel to UK Business Units - this is not a hybrid role.

PERSON
* Degree in Law or similar
* Legal background, with experience dealing with reviewing contracts, dispute resolution and financial risk
* Previous exposure to Engineering, Construction, Electrical Services, Energy or similar
