Residential Conveyancer | York
A new conveyancing role has arisen within the property department of one of Yorkshire’s most established law firms. Offered a full-time, permanent role, the Residential Conveyancer will be based at the firm’s York office which is a short walk from the city centre and benefits from onsite parking.
Your New Role
The newly placed Conveyancer will take on a caseload covering a broad range of matters including
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Transfers of equity
- New builds
- Shared ownership
- Deeds of gift
Your New Firm
The firm takes a traditional approach to its conveyancing work and the role offers a high degree of client contact. Much of the work comes from the local community and much is HNW. The firm benefits from a good deal of repeat business and referrals and does not rely heavily on panel work.
The role would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or otherwise experienced fee earner with a solid background in residential conveyancing and exceptional client care skills.
Salary & Benefits
In return for hard work and conveyancing expertise you will be offered £27,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualification level, plus competitive benefits.
