About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated individual to work alongside experienced teachers and support staff in delivering tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the education sector, particularly in SEN, with potential routes into teacher training or further qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis

Help create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment

Assist with classroom activities and the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)

Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and other professionals

Encourage independence and personal development

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Flexibility and willingness to learn on the job

Previous experience with SEN (desirable but not essential)
