We're working with a well-established, design-focused consultancy that's growing its Building Surveying team in Cardiff. The Role

You'll be involved in a variety of professional and project-led services across multiple sectors, such as:

Healthcare

Commercial - Hotels, Office & Workplace, Retail & Leisure

Infrastructure

Living - Later Living, Residential, Student Living

Education - Schools, Colleges, Universities

Technology & Innovation

From conducting condition and defect surveys to managing refurbishment projects up to £2m under JCT and NEC contracts, you'll get a mix of responsibilities. The role offers plenty of autonomy, but you'll also be part of a collaborative, friendly team that values supporting each other.

What We're Looking For

Ideally 2-3 years' post-degree experience

Chartered (MRICS) or working towards Chartership

Strong project and client-facing experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

Ambitious and willing to learnWhat's on Offer

Salary from £40,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience and Chartership)

Hybrid working with core hours (10am-3pm)
