Handyman/woman: semi-skilled

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a full time, permanent, semi-skilled handyman or woman to join our team of gas, electrical, AC and fabric engineers to work on our clients' premises across Scotland. The role will report to the Operations Manager and you will be responsible for general maintenance tasks. This role is client facing and fast paced - great communication skills, a flexible approach and a friendly disposition are a must.
As our next handyman/woman you will be responsible for:
* General fabric maintenance including basic plumbing and joinery work
* PAT testing (full training will be given)
* Emergency light testing (full training will be given)
The successful candidate will:
* Have a general maintenance background
* Be able to evidence strong experience in basic plumbing and joinery
* Be qualified to PAT test (not essential - full training will be given)
* Be qualified to carry out emergency light testing (not essential - full training will be given)
* Be a great communicator with both clients and colleagues
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Have a full, clean driving license
* Be able to work away from home on occasion
