Holidays are accrued for PAYE contractors and they get 28days to start off with which increases to 33days after 12weeks.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Business Support Administrator to support the Healthcare Concierge Operations Manager. They will deliver a high quality, comprehensive administrative service and assist in project planning, monitoring and process mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Operational Manager within Healthcare Concierge.
Manage and maintain accurate records and project trackers
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Assist in the preparation of process maps, procedures, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Production of weekly and monthly KPI reports.
Maintain and improve procedures, flagging gaps and producing supporting documentation.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Desirable skills

Previous admin or project support experience.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
Confident communicator-verbally and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive problem-solver who takes instruction and ownership
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
