• Register and qualify new applicants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants
• Generate new business opportunities
• Progress sales through to completion
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

• Previous experience in estate agency or sales (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Professional and positive attitude
