The business is a leading organisation in the Infrastructure sector with fantastic growth plans for the next 18 months. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a high-impact role supporting senior stakeholders, driving performance, and influencing key commercial decisions.Key Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
• Deliver weekly Reporting and Cost tracking
• Monitor cashflow and working capital
• Analyse cost drivers and identify efficiency opportunities
• Build financial models for investment and asset planning
• Support pricing and contract decisions
• Provide clear insights to non-finance teamsKey Skills & Experience:
• Extensive experience in commercial finance / FP&A / business partnering
• Background in utilities, infrastructure, or manufacturing preferred
• Strong understanding of WIP, revenue recognition and costs
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders
