CTRG Limited are looking for a Transport Office Clerk in Cardiff for our GXO contracts

MUST HAVE TRANSPORT KNOWLEGE

Shift Patterns:

- Mon-Fri position

-Shifts 08:00 - 16:00

-Ongoing work for the right candidate

Pay rates:

£14.19 p/h

Weekly PAYE

The responsibilities that would be completed on a daily basis would be;

• Supporting the planning team with operational requests
• Monitoring and sharing knowledge on Transport Management systems.
• Analyzing routes produced from the planning tool and advising the planning team on what can be done differently.
• Dealing with escalations from customers and internal help desk
• Pointing requests into the correct direction for answers
• Building a knowledge of operational and planning to have cover for planners during A/L

Skills and Experience required:

• IT Literate
• Flexible working hours
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel & Word)
• Transport knowledge is required

• Willing to learn and develop new skills
• Comfortable with working to deadlines.
• Comfortable with seasonal temporary work
