About the Role:

PSR Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join our client's team on a residential groundworks project in Chichester. This is a long-term opportunity with a respected subcontractor, offering consistent work and the chance to contribute to a high-quality development.

Responsibilities

Carrying out all aspects of groundworks including drainage, concreting, kerbing, and paving
Supporting site preparation and excavation activities
Working alongside machine operators and other trades to ensure smooth site progress
Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards at all timesRequirements

Proven experience as a Groundworker on residential projects
Strong knowledge of groundworks techniques and site safety procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliability and commitment to long-term work
