Warehouse Operative/ Driver
Location: Tewkesbury (GL20 8TU)
Contract type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40 hours - Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday Rotational shift of 8am - 4:30pm or 12:00pm - 8:30pm  
Salary: £25,480.00 Per Annum

This position involves handling and indexing customer records with a focus on data security. Responsibilities include tracking and protecting information, maintaining accurate paperwork, using the O'Neil Records Management system, and managing the storage and dispatch of records. The role is integral to ensuring the secure handling and destruction of documents in accordance with documented procedures. This position offers career development opportunities within our expanding organization.
 
Responsibilities:

Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
Driving one of our company vans to customer sites to do collections and deliveries once a week and to cover absences and holidays
Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
Using handheld scanners to manage records efficiently in the warehouse
Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
Retrieve and prepare customer records for dispatch or destruction, ensuring accurate recording of all movements.  
About You:  

Driving licence with up to 3 points 
High attention to detail and accuracy.
IT Literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as word and excel
Effective team player
No issues with working at heights 
No issues with physicality and lifting items up to 25kg
Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
Delivery Driving experience would be beneficial but is not required.
