Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for a SEN Primary Class Teachers to join a specialist SEMH school in Tooting, Southwest London.

This ia a full-time role delivering a range of core subjects (e.g. English, Maths, Science) to small classes of students with additional needs.

Job Details:
· Role: SEN Primary Class Teacher
· Start Date: September 25 (Immediate trials/interviews)
· Contract: Long-term, with potential to become permanent
· Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
· Location: Tooting, Southwest London
· Pay: £140 - £260 per day (depending on experience & qualifications)
· Parking: On-site parking available

About the School:
This is a specialist school for boys aged 5-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school provides a nurturing and structured environment focused on emotional wellbeing, therapeutic support, and individualised learning plans.

What We're Looking For:
· Qualified teachers confident in delivering core subjects at the primary level
· A creative, adaptive teaching approach tailored to SEN learners
· Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
· An understanding of trauma-informed practice and SEMH support

Essential Requirements:
· QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)
· Experience in SEN, SEMH, PRUs, or alternative provisions
· Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce) on the Update Service
· Two recent and relevant professional references
