What You’ll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children aged 0–5 in a nursery setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
• A caring, positive and team-focused approach
• Confident communication and observation skills

What You’ll Do

• Support children aged 0–5 with engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Plan and deliver experiences aligned with the EYFS
• Build strong relationships with children and families,
• Carry out observations, contribute to planning, and maintain developmental records.
• Create a safe, stimulating environment where children can explore, build confidence and thrive.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team to maintain high standards of care and education.
