We are seeking a highly organised and efficient School Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and proven experience using SIMS (School Information Management System).

As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. You'll be the first point of contact for staff, students, and parents, providing excellent administrative and organisational support across various departments.

• Managing and updating student records on SIMS

• Supporting attendance, admissions and data entry

• Answering phones, managing enquiries and handling correspondence

• Assisting with the organisation of school events and communications

• Providing general administrative support to senior staff and wider school team

• Strong SIMS experience - this is essential for the role

• Previous experience in a school or similar administrative setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
