The Role

As the school's Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

Assess, track, and support pupil progress, ensuring all learners are motivated, stretched, and celebrated.

Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.

Foster independence, resilience, confidence, and a love of learning in every child.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum planning, share best practice, and contribute to whole-school initiatives.

Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff to support the holistic development of each child.

Play an active role in school life, contributing to a vibrant and nurturing community.

Key Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2.

Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A reflective, proactive approach with a genuine commitment to continuous professional development.

Passion for supporting children's academic, social, and emotional development.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
