We are working with a well-established and growing building services company who are looking to add an experienced Building Services Engineer to their team, covering South London and the Southern Home Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled Building Services Engineer with both electrical and mechanical experience to join a company with long-term contracts and a steady pipeline of commercial work.

The Role - Building Services Engineer

As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Service, maintenance and fault finding across electrical and mechanical building services

* Working on systems such as lighting, power, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and basic HVAC plant

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works

* Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults across building systems

* Covering South London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and surrounding areas

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

* Providing a high level of service to clients across commercial sites

Requirements - Building Services Engineer

To be considered for this Building Services Engineer role, you should have:

* Proven experience working as a Building Services Engineer or similar

* Electrical or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)

* Multi-skilled experience across both disciplines preferred

* Experience within commercial environments

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Package - Building Services Engineer

* £40,000 - £55,000 basic salary

* Door to door travel paid

* Overtime available

* Company vehicle + fuel card

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* Pension
