HSE Manager - Hybrid

My client is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to take the lead on health, safety, and environmental strategy across operational and project sites. This is a key role that will shape compliance, drive a strong safety culture, and deliver continuous improvement aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.

HSE Manager Role:

* Own and enhance the HSE management system, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

* Champion a proactive safety culture and coach teams at all levels.

* Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple sites.

* Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure safe systems of work are in place.

HSE Manager Background:

* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent qualification).

* Proven leadership experience in HSE within engineering, manufacturing, power, or marine sectors.

* Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO standards.

* Excellent communication and influencing skills.

* Ability to work across multiple sites and engage with diverse teams.
