Job Title: Sprayer - Powder Coating

Salary: £30,000 per year

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

About the Role

A well-established manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Powder Coater to join their production team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stable weekday hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing metal components and surfaces for powder coating
• Operating powder coating spray equipment to achieve high-quality finishes
• Ensuring coatings meet quality and thickness standards
• Carrying out routine equipment checks and maintaining a clean working area
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working closely with the wider production team to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in powder coating or industrial spraying
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently within a production environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop setting
