Progress Teachers are currently recruiting for a Primary School in Chaddesden in Derby that are on the lookout for a Year 1 Teacher - Full time - immediately 

We focus solely on long term and permanent roles which means you will be returning to the that same school each day!

Responsibilities would include:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are in line with the national curriculum

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued

Implement proactive and effective behaviour management strategies to keep children engaged

Maintain regular communication with parents and staff to support and track progress

Assess and monitor student performance to provide constructive feedback

Has excellent classroom management skills and a calm, positive approach.

Requirements:

QTS with experience in Primary Schools

KS1 Teaching experience 

DBS on the update service 

Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents and colleagues.

Ability to educate and inspire young learners.
