Car Salesperson - Join Our High-Energy Dealership Team
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Salesperson to be the face of our dealership. You'll guide customers through their car-buying journey with expert advice, empathy, and enthusiasm—delivering an experience that's as smooth as the vehicles you sell.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicles
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Stay informed on all vehicle models, features, pricing, and current promotions
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Manage the full sales process, including finance and insurance documentation
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation and a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
