What does a Cover Supervisor do?

* Supervise whole classes in the teacher's absence, ensuring lessons run smoothly
* Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Provide support and guidance to help pupils stay on track
* Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment

What we're looking for:

* A degree (any subject) or strong, proven experience working with young people
* A confident “can-do” attitude and professional presence
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings
* Experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful - but not essential
