A vibrant and supportive primary school in Burnley is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join the team from October 2025 to cover maternity leave. This is a full-time role, ideal for an enthusiastic teacher with strong KS2 experience.

• Teach a Year 3 class, following the national curriculum

• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to all abilities

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records

• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver high-quality education

• Maintain positive communication with parents and carers

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

• Experience teaching in KS2 - ideally Year 3

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Ability to differentiate instruction for SEND and EAL pupils

• A proactive and professional attitude with excellent teamwork skills
