Learning Coach Scaffolding Apprenticeships

We are looking to recruit a Learning Coach who will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, tutoring, and assessing students on the Scaffolding - Level 2 Standard

The Learning Coach will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship. This will consist of coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery out in the workplace.

• Requirements: Level 2 or higher qualification in scaffolding and relevant industry experience. Ideally, CISRS competent or qualification in teaching / coaching.
• Salary: £35,000 to £43000
• Location: Wythenshaw but mostly site based - across Cheshire, Manchester, Yorkshire and more - candidate must be happy to travel
• Contract: Permanent, Full Time role - 37 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have experience in both scaffolding and mentoring, with the mindset to work in education in a kind and responsible manner.
