Daytime Healthcare are assisting a leading national care services provider to find a Multi Site Registered Manager to join the team, covering locations across Kidderminster, Dudley and Worcester. The accommodation suites provide tenancies for adults with complex disabilities.

As a Multi-Site Registered Manager, you will lead multiple services, manage short-term assignments, and handle crisis management. This high-profile role involves national travel, overnight stays, and multi-stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead short-term projects including service improvement, new service commissioning, and interim home management.

* Ensure projects are managed within budget or have approval for any deviations.

* Serve as the Registered Person for locations as needed to prevent regulatory action.

* Maintain person-centred documentation and provide mentoring support.

* Develop and execute robust support plans for managed services.

* Conduct service quality visits and ensure robust action plans are in place.

Experience:

* Must have previous managerial and CQC experience

* NVQ Level 5 Qualification
